What does Transmission Entertainment do exactly?
We are a creative events agency in Austin, Texas with years of experience producing Austin’s most unique live event experiences. Known worldwide for the Fun Fun Fun Fest, Mess With Texas Fest, Free Week, and the Jelly NYC Pool Parties, TE connects with true music fans everywhere like none other. From a garage band cd release to a stand up comedy showcase to a ten thousand person independent music festival, we know how to do it right. Location scouting, talent booking, staging, lighting, catering, and promotion, TE has it covered. We work with the creative class, the most unique spaces in Austin, and the most progressive bands in music today.
TE is also known locally for booking independent shows at The Mohawk, St. Davids Episcopal, Red 7, Club de Ville, Lamberts, The Compound, Waterloo Park, Fiesta Gardens, and many garages and backyards around Austin.
As Transmission moves towards working with more creative events in 2010, we’re looking for a limited group of extremely talented people to go out and secure clients, and work with us to create unique events for them. -This is a 100% commission sales role, with potential for advancement and accelerating bonus structure based on performance. Expected perks are also included for those that are selected.
